Ingredients
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 bunch kàle, shredded
  • 5 tàblespoons roàsted àlmonds
  • 1-2 àpples, thinly sliced
  • 5 petite sweet potàtoes
  • 1 tàblespoon lemon juice
  • 5 tàblespoons blue cheese
  • bàlsàmic vinàigrette (bottled or homemàde bàlsàmic vinàigrette)

Instructions

Salad portioning:

  1. First: layer into every instrumentality, 1-1/2 cups kale, 1/2 cup chicken, and 1/2 cup sweet potatoes. equally divide apple slices (discarding any lemon juice) between containers.

Salad Prep:
