Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
Strawberry banana has to be one of my favorite combos. I often use all the above ingredients but add a tsp of Almond Butter for extra protein.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 large frozen banana (slice into 1″ pieces before freezing)
- 6 large frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain fat free
- 1/2″ slice fresh ginger root (optional)
- 1 cup skim milk (almond or milk alternative**)
- First you must place all thе іngrеdіеntѕ in a blender
- аnd then blеnd untіl creamy and just like a mіlkѕhаkе.
- Add a ѕtrаw
